This is a list of animals that have been found and are at the Edmond Animal Shelter, at Interstate 35 and Covell in the Cross Timbers Municipal complex. Call the shelter at 216-7615.
The following animals have been impounded:
A domestic short-haired cat, black, was found on Vista Lane.
Two domestic long-haired cats, orange tabby, were found on Southeast 29th Street.
A domestic long-haired cat, orange tabby and white, was found on Southeast 29th Street.
A domestic medium-haired cat, black, was found on Southeast 29th Street.
A domestic female cat, black, was found on Southeast 29th Street.
A male pit bull, white and brown, was found on Gemini.
A female Border collie mix, black and white, was found on Sleepy Hollow and Danforth.
A male Shar-Pei, tan, was found on Edmond Road and Abilene.
A male American Staffordshire, white and tan, was found on Fourth Street and South University.
Two female dachshund/schnauzer mixes, black and brown, were found on Santa Fe and Coffee Creek Road.
A female domestic short-haired cat, white and gray, was found on Napol Avenue.
A male Bernese Mountain dog mix, tri-color, was found on Coltrane and Sorghum Mill.
A male Labrador mix, white, was found on Edmond Road.
A neutered beagle, tri-color, was found on 15th Street and Rankin.

Hearts of Hope Tea to support City Rescue Mission

State schools to receive No Child Left Behind waiver
State Secretary of Education Phyllis Hudecki announced Thursday Oklahoma is one of 10 states chosen to receive a waiver from No Child Left Behind requirements.

Logan Co. Democrats to meet Monday
The Logan County Democratic Committee will have its monthly meeting on Monday.
