OKLA. CITY —
The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office is releasing a series of tweets regarding the “Lime Lady” cold case, focusing on unique descriptions of the victim.
According to the agency the “Lime Lady” had a very distinctive tattoo. It was a small heart that was located over her left breast. The outline of the heart was in blue ink, and the center of the heart was colored red. She also had an appendectomy scar.
According to the State Medical Examiners Office the victim was shot three times with a .45-caliber handgun. Her body was found naked about 20 miles northeast of Oklahoma City on an east side bank of the North Canadian River on April 18, 1980.
To date, investigators have not identified the victim, nor have they identified a suspect in the case. A large tornado ripped out sections of Moore Monday afternoon leaving a path of destruction of wrecked homes and businesses, according to the Oklahoma Office of Emergency Management.

UPDATE: Tornado damages 12 homes in Edmond

The Edmond City Council agreed Monday to a 6 percent budget increase for the next five fiscal years. The council met in a special budget workshop Monday morning. Fiscal Year 2014 begins July 1.

Animals now get their turn to connect with the activities at the Fine Arts Institute of Edmond with a new event, Pets in the Park, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 1 at Mitzi’s Park, 27 E. Edwards. Registration for the pet parade and art contest will begin at 10:30 a.m.
