The Edmond Planning Commission agreed 3-1 this week to the final plat for Living Well at Spring Creek. Commissioner Barry Moore cast the no vote.
Both the commission and the City Council already approved rezoning for the 3.54-acre property located one-quarter mile to the east of Edmond Memorial High School and 180 feet east of Pine Oak Drive.
“They have one driveway on 15th with the requirement that the City Council had for limited access,” said Bob Schiermeyer, city planner. The driveway will be a right turn in, right turn out design to keep people from making left turns.”
Dr. Michele Menzel will bring together her naturopathy practice, Energetic Wellness, with a small organic health foods restaurant.
“We’re in compliance with the preliminary plat and with the planned unit development zoning document,” said Ernie Isch, representing developer Jim Harlan.
The City Council will consider the item on Jan. 28.
