EDMOND —
John Robert “Bob” Hall, 64, passed away June 17, 2012 in Deerfield, Fla., after a brief illness.
Bob was born September 30, 1947 in Biloxi, Miss., and graduated from Grant High School in Oklahoma City, Okla., in 1965. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 1971 from East Central University in Ada, Okla. He served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk from 1966 to 1970 while stationed in San Diego, Calif. Bob retired in the Deerfield, Fla., area where he served as president of his homeowners association until his death.
He was preceded in death by his father, Florian B. Hall, his mother, Naomi, and his sister Lynn Baade.
Bob is survived by his son, Sean Robert Hall; brothers Pete Hall and wife Cheryl, and Lloyd Hall and his wife, Diana; and many nieces and nephews. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed by his extended family in Oklahoma and Florida.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
