Theresa Louise Coffman

EDMOND —     Theresa Louise Coffman, 48, of Granite, Okla., passed away Friday March 22, 2013 at her El Reno, Okla. residence. She was born February 14, 1965 in New York City, N.Y., to James and Janet (Appis) Hatcher and grew up in Queens Village.

    Theresa began working as a correctional officer at the Federal Bureau of Prisons in El Reno and was a senior correctional officer at the time of her death.

    A very compassionate and caring person, Theresa loved being in the open areas riding her Harley and spending time with those she loved, especially her beloved Robert.

    Theresa was preceded in death by her grandparents and one niece, Jessica Hatcher.

    She is survived by her husband, Robert, of the home; her parents, James and Janet Hatcher of Edmond, Okla.; two sisters, Laura Harrison and husband Glen of Yukon, Okla., and Kathy Josepher and husband Bob; three brothers, David Hatcher and wife Pauline of Long Island, N.Y., Eric Hatcher of Edmond, Gary Hatcher and fiancé Barbara Lawrence of Edmond, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and many, many friends.

    A Rosary service will be 6 p.m. Tuesday March 26 at at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home, 1100 E. Tamarack Rd., Altus, Okla. The Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. March 27 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1500 Falcon Rd, Altus.
