The Edmond Sun
Steven Mark Schuler, 55, of Edmond, Okla., was born January 10, 1957 in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Wesley and Pauline Schuler. He died November 1, 2012 after a brief illness.
Steve was respected and adored by everyone he came in contact with. He had something about him that captured your heart the second you met him, but it was his loyalty, dependability, and caring nature that made him a friend for life. Times spent at Lake Murray are precious memories to his family and friends. So many laughs and good times were had between skiing, dancing, and quality time. Steve loved his family, and his whole life was devoted to supporting them in any way he could. He was the best husband, father, son, and friend anyone could ever ask for. He was the man that would drop anything to pull you out of a ditch, fix your boat, or just to talk. He didn’t live for himself, but for the Lord and the people he loved. Steve Schuler will be deeply missed by all.
Steve is survived by his wife Tammy Schuler; son Steven Schuler; daughter Stefanie Schuler; parents Wes and Polly Schuler; sister Sharon Hull and many other family members.
A come-and-go reception will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Crawford Family Funeral, 610 NW 178th.
Services celebrating Steve’s life will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Life Church Edmond Campus, I-35 and 2nd Street, Edmond.
