Margaret “Peggy” Marie Miller

EDMOND —     Margaret “Peggy” Marie Miller, 92, of Edmond, Okla., passed away April 18, 2013. She was born September 30, 1920 in Decatur, Ill.

    Peggy was married for 68 years to Garold B. Miller, who passed away September 20, 2010. She was a homemaker all her married life, except for 2-3 years working in retail. In her earlier years, she enjoyed playing bridge and golf with her girlfriends. Sometimes, she might catch a game with her daughter, Sondra. She was dearly loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

    Peggy is survived by her children: Gary Miller and wife Connie, Sondra Morton and husband Jerry, and Kay Kernan and husband Mike; three grandchildren: Krista Wise and husband David, Eric Morton, and Michael Kernan and wife Tobye; and five great-grandchildren: Tave, Chapman, and Tucker Wise, and Luke and Lauren Kernan.

    Services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at Memorial Park Historic Cemetery Chapel with entombment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum.
