EDMOND —
George E. Whipple, Jr., 50, passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2012. He was born May 21, 1962 in Zeeland, Mich.
George served in the United States Army for five years. He received the Presidential Service Badge while working at the White House under Ronald Reagan.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Brestel) Whipple; parents George and Maxine Whipple, his sisters Vicki Mosher and Kathy Jo Hartger, brother Roger Estelle and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. January 5, 2013, at Matthews Funeral home, 601 South Kelly, Edmond, Okla.
