EDMOND —
Virginia Dee Monger, 68, of Guthrie, Okla., passed away in Edmond, Okla., on February 8, 2013. She was born July 28, 1944 in Hollis, Okla. to Eddie and Lenore Perkins.
Virginia worked as a nurse’s assistant in her earlier years. After retirement she served as an excellent mother and grandma. She was known for doing anything for anyone at anytime. Serving others in life was her true profession.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Thomas Monger; brother, Billy Perkins and sister, Wanda Hall.
She is survived by her son Esmigahan Monger and his wife, Tiffany; four grandchildren, Maddison, Christopher, Jocelyn and Lazarus.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at Vintage Church with a reception to follow. Private burial will take place Tuesday at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond. Services entrusted to the care of Baggerley Funeral Home of Edmond.
