EDMOND —
Kathleen Annette Lowery Corcoran, 56, was born December 4, 1956 to Dannie Lowery and Dorthy Hedrick and departed this life on September 1, 2012 after a short battle with cancer.
Kathy married George Corcoran on December 20, 1981. She was employed by the Edmond Public Schools Print Shop, where she served dutifully for many years. In her leisure, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, father-in-law and parents. She leaves to cherish her memory George Corcoran, husband; Dannie Lowery, brother and wife Marilyn of Deer Creek, Okla.; and four children, Michael Corcoran and wife Kasey of Frisco, Texas; Kandi Sadler of Edmond, Okla.; Crystal Corcoran Vickers and husband William of El Reno, Okla.; Donald Sadler and wife Jodie of Edmond; and six grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. She was truly loved and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel.
Services are under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Edmond.
