EDMOND —
Donald R. Tracey, 61, of Edmond, Okla., passed away October 25, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He was born December 14, 1950, in Acushnet, Mass., to Roger and Beatrice Tracey. He was a 1968 graduate of Bishop Stang High School in North Dartmouth, Mass.
Don served in the US Naval Reserve. In 1975 he moved his family to Oklahoma to fulfill his dream to raise horses and cattle. He loved golf, sports, gardening and traveling. He was also a slot car enthusiast.
Don is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carole (Hathaway) Tracey; daughter Lynn Conaway and husband Jason of Blanchard, Okla., three brothers, Roger and wife Brenda, of Belleville Ill., Robert and wife Anita of Raynham, Mass., and Edward and wife Angie of Conyers, Ga.; two sisters, Janet Pineault and husband, Mike of Raynham, Mass. and Diane Colom and husband Jose of Allentown, Pa., and other extended family.
