EDMOND — A Celebration of Life for Karen Jane Baker, 49, is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Southern Hills United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City.
Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Baker was born Sept. 10, 1960, in Carthage, Mo. She died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, in Oklahoma City.
Baker was the assistant vice president of accounting at Vericrest.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Baker of the home; her children, Rebecca Baker and Steven Baker of the home; her father, Howard Boothe and his wife, Casey; her mother, Doris Gray; and her brothers, Dennis Boothe and Gregg Boothe.
