A private memorial service for Earl Dean Smith, 46, of Fayetteville, Ark., formerly of Edmond was held Oct. 27, 2009, in Mulberry, Ark.
Burial was at New Cemetery in Mulberry, Ark.
Arrangements were under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, Ark.
Smith was born June 18, 1963, in Fayetteville, N.C. He died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, in Fayetteville, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Velta Smith.
Survivors include his brother, Harold Duane Smith of Fayetteville, Ark.
