Paul Ketch

EDMOND —     Paul W. Ketch, 84, was born on October 11, 1928 to Frank and Anna (Jenkins) Ketch in Britton, Okla., and went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2013.

    He was preceded in death by Myrtle, his wife of 59 years, and daughter, Toni Porter.

    Paul was a Navy veteran and worked for many years as a carpenter and a general contractor. He spent 20 years working for Four Winds as a maintenance carpenter at FFA in Oklahoma City. Paul loved working with wood, and would spend hours in his shop building things for his beloved grandchildren and many others. He was a long time member of the First Christian Church of Edmond, and of Trinity Christian Church of Edmond.

    He is survived by his daughter, Susan Brakhage of Edmond, Okla.; son Paul Ketch II and his wife Barbara of Guthrie, Okla., five grandchildren and their spouses, and 10 great-grandchildren.

    Visitation for Paul will be 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Crawford Family Funeral Service in Edmond.

    Services celebrating Paul’s life will be held at the Crawford Family Funeral Service Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013 with Dr. Dennis Clark of Guthrie officiating.

    Memorial donations may be made in Paul’s honor to Companion Hospice, 1314 E. Oklahoma Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044.
