Bobby Dee Pryor, 79, of Elk City, Okla., formerly of Edmond, Okla., passed away in his home November 25, 2013. He was born December 26, 1933 in Edmond, where he grew up.
Bobby attended Edmond Public Schools all 12 years and graduated from Edmond High School in 1952. After graduation, he served two years in the US Army. He ran the Beaver Express Service for 30 years.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Mila Bell Butler and Edgar A. Pryor, and one brother Allen (Jiggs) Pryor.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, JoAnn; four children, Julia Allen and husband Ken of Broken Arrow, Okla., Laura Coburn of Elk City, Phyliss Dooley of Elk City, and one son, Jeff Pryor and wife Miros of Elk City; three siblings, Betty Wilkinson of Kingisher Okla., Elizabeth Hutton of Edmond, and Richard Pryor of Edmond; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephew and friends.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 30, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Elk City, Okla.
