EDMOND —
Harry “Keith” Butler, 57, of Edmond, Okla. was born September 24, 1955. He went to be with our Heavenly Father on March 6, 2013.
Keith was a loving husband, father, and better yet a grandfather. He enjoyed spending precious time with his grandchildren and making memories with his own children. He worked in the oil field for about half of his life; the rig was pretty much his second home. He retired after 30 years of hard work.
Keith is survived by his son Brian Keith Butler of Cordell, Okla., daughters Tamara Coil and Tonya Zamora and their spouses of Edmond, his grandchildren Bailey and Alicia Zamora of Edmond and Elizabeth, Tristen, and Brianna Butler of Cordell. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters of the metro area.
Keith was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jean Simpson Butler and parents Harry Lee and Berdina Jane Butler.
He will be greatly missed and forever imprinted into our hearts as a loving and gentle soul who saw the best in every human and animal he met.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Monday, March 11 and 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 12.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Smith Memorial Chapel, Guthrie, Okla. Interment will follow at Seward Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
