Christina Faith Lewis

EDMOND —     Christina Faith Lewis, 20, was born October 19, 1990 in Oklahoma City, Okla. to Scott and Ruthie Lewis and left this world on October 9, 2011 in Edmond, Okla.

She was a 2009 Edmond Memorial High School graduate and a student at Agape Bible College. Tina had a passion and joy for life that exuded from her very presence and was evident in her daily walk to anyone who knew her. She would be quick to tell you it was a joy that could only come from Jesus.

If you knew Tina, you knew you were going to be greeted by her ever-present, bright smile and that it would not take much time around her before you would be smiling as well. Her smile and laughter were certainly contagious.

Tina Faith was fearless, living up to her middle name. Her passion was dance. With the exception of tap, she conquered all genres and had a passion for the arts. She was 2009 2nd runner up in the Miss Dance OK competition.

It was hard to catch Tina alone because her other passion was her friends and everyone was her “best friend.” She loved being with her family and adored her big brothers.

Tina is preceded in death by three grandparents and her father.

She is survived by her mother Ruthie Lewis, her brothers Scott and Josh Lewis and her grandmother Pat Emmerich.

The family invited friends to a come and go reception 6-8 p.m., Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Crawford Family Funeral Service, 610 NW 178th, Edmond.

A service celebrating her life will be 1 p.m., Friday, October 14 at Church of the Harvest, 6800 N. Bryant, OKC under the direction of Crawford Family Funeral Service of Edmond.
