Lutish Raines

EDMOND —     Funeral services for Lutish Raines, 102, of Oklahoma City, Okla., will be 9 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel, Edmond. Rev. Ladell Patterson, Director of Logos Global Ministries in Africa, will officiate. Interment will be 3 p.m., Friday at Watson Memorial Cemetery at Oak Hill, Okla.

    Mrs. Raines passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City. She was born September 23, 1911 in Montgomery, Ala. to her parents Charles and Effie (Hugler) Franks.

    She married Gayland Raines in McCurtain County on December 12, 1932.

    She was preceded in death by her husband Gayland Raines; parents Charles and Effie (Hugler) Franks; son Charles Raines; granddaughters Patty Chesney and Donna Moran; brothers Lloyd Franks, Julian Franks and Austin Franks; and an infant sister.

    She is survived by her daughters Joyce Westbrook and husband Don of Guthrie, Okla., Glenda Hennick and husband Richard of Yukon, Okla., eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
