EDMOND —
Jazmine Grace Clements, our precious baby girl born November 23, 2011, went to be an angel in Heaven on November 7, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Okla. The short time she was with us was a blessing. She touched so many peoples’ lives and we are thankful God let us enjoy her even if it was such a short time.
She is watching over the loved ones she left here: her mama, Megan Clements of the home; her nana, Tammy Clements of the home; her papa, Richard Clements of Ecuador; her aunt Michelle and cousins Caleb, Jenny and Zoey of Oklahoma City; her aunt Vicki of the home; her uncle John of Oklahoma City and many, many more people who loved her very much.
A celebration of Jazmine’s life will be 10 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Edmond First Church of the Nazarene with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City.
Services are under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home, Edmond, Okla.
