Thomas Anthony Raymond, 18309 Willow Oak Glenn, was arrested on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, resisting arrest (before arrest), burglary II nonresidence at night, obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and petty larceny, on traffic citations of driving under suspension and expired tag (+3 months), on a municipal warrant and on an Oklahoma County warrant.
