EDMOND — Information in this column is gathered from city fire incident logs and police incident reports. Persons booked into the city jail are held for up to 10 days. Not every incident leads to a formal charge. If charges are filed, innocence or guilt is determined by a court of law.



Edmond Police Department

TUESDAY

Bianca Alicia Robinson, 1600 Kickingbird Road Apt. 324B, was arrested on traffic citations of expired tag (+3 months), driving under suspension and on an out of county warrant. Officer Paul Phillips.

Ricky Tyler Tippett, 300 S. Rankin St. Apt. 39, was arrest on complaints of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Officer Joseph Wells.

Calvin Eugene Tippett, 300 S. Rankin St. Apt. 39, was arrested on a possession of marijuana complaint. Officer Joseph Wells.

Sterling Ray Hawkins, of Tuttle, was arrested on a possession of marijuana complaint. Officer Joseph Wells.

Carl Wayne Sutphin, of Oklahoma City, was arrested on a possession of a firearm AFC complaint and on traffic citations of speeding (10 MPH over), driving under suspension and no proof of insurance. Officer Jeff Meadows.

Jose Antonio Rivera-Perez, Oklahoma City, was arrested on traffic citations of speeding (11 to 15 miles per hour excess) and no driver’s license in possession. Officer Daniel Butcher.

Patrick Wayne Evans, El Reno, was arrested on traffic citations of driving under suspension, operating a motor vehicle with improper equipment and no proof of insurance by owner. Officer Neil Martin.

Jamie Lynne Statzer, 804 W. Main St., was arrested on a petty larceny shoplifting (under $50) complaint. Officer Nathan Fountain.

Ellen R. Burton, 408 W. Second St., was arrested on a petty larceny shoplifting (under $50) complaint. Officer Nathan Fountain.



Wednesday

Traci Denise Mejia, of Oklahoma City, was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Officer Jonathan Vincent.

Sammy Joe Morris, 14025 N. Eastern Ave. Apt. 3108, was arrested on suspicion of driving under suspension. Sgt. James Teel.

Sherril Elaine Martin, 4500 N. Sooner Road, was arrested on a petty larceny shoplifting ($50 to $200) complaint. Officer Jason Lewellyn.



THURSDAY

Obiora Prince Chima, of Oklahoma City, was arrested on an outstanding municipal warrant. Officer Jonathan Vincent.

Shelby Malone Romine, 199 Rob Lane, was arrested on traffic citations of no proof of insurance, operating motor vehicle with improper equipment, driving under suspension and an outstanding municipal warrant. Officer Jason Carroll.
