The Oklahoma City Zoo has unveiled the winning posters in this year’s Dr. Pepper Vending Machine Art Contest.
Under the contest theme, “Year of the Frog,” Students were encouraged to feature different amphibians in their designs.
The 2008 Edmond winners are as follows:
AZA’s Choice Award: Sara Boyd, Centennial Elementary. Sara won an animal painting for her school and her poster is on display at the Zoo.
Zoo Director’s Honor Roll Awards — Each winner will receive a certificate and their poster will be displayed at the Zoo. Friends of Frogs: David Pham, Deer Creek Middle School.
