Kirkpatrick Bank donates $1,000 to Edmond Santa Fe, Memorial high schools
As schools continue facing ongoing budget cuts, one Oklahoma bank is stepping forward to help. Assisting its partners in education, Edmond-based Kirkpatrick Bank will donate $1,000 each to Edmond Memorial and Edmond Santa Fe high schools. The donations will be presented as the two high schools’ varsity basketball teams face off at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at Santa Fe.
In addition to the donations, Kirkpatrick Bank will continue its SchoolCard program, which supports foundations at each of its partner high schools. Started last fall, the SchoolCard program offers a school logo check card that benefits the school foundations. The foundations earn income for each card purchase transaction $10 or more.
