EDMOND — Edmond Public Schools



Elementary Schools



Milk is served daily with all meals.



Monday

Fried chicken, wheat roll, mashed potatoes and orange smiles or ham & cheese sandwich



Tuesday

Mini corn dogs, crispy fries and banana or fresh Salad of the Day



Wednesday

Cheese Galaxy pizza, Caesar salad and Polar berries or BBQ turkey sandwich



Thursday

Crispy tacos, refried beans and pears or Asian Chicken salad w/Mandarin oranges



Friday

No School



Cross Timbers Elementary School



Milk is served with all meals.



Monday

Baked Ziti w/four cheeses, breadstick and tossed salad or ham & cheese sandwich



Tuesday

Hot open face turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes and fresh pear or roast beef sandwich



Wednesday

Meatloaf w/tomato gravy, linguini primavera and peach cobbler or herb roasted turkey sandwich



Thursday

Herb baked chicken, pasta salad and grapes or meatloaf sandwich



Friday

No School



Centennial and Orvis Risner elementary schools



Milk is served with all meals, and each day a fresh Salad of the Day is offered.

A choice of fruit, vegetable, Juicy Jell-O and milk is offered daily with meals. Tony’s Pizza or Red Baron French Bread Pizza, burgers, sandwiches and chef salads are available.

TUESDAY

Steak Club sandwich or pepperoni pizzata or Chicken Caesar salad



Wednesday

Chicken nuggets, wheat roll or hamburger or Spinach salad



Thursday

Crispy tacos or French bread pizza or Chef salad



Friday

No School



High Schools

Salad bar is served daily. Chick-Fil-A sandwich is available on Mondays. Potato bar is served on Thursdays. Available everyday: cookies, extra entrees, assorted snacks, nachos, pretzels with cheese, drinks and bottled milk.

Baked french fries will be offered twice a week. The burger basket will be a choice of hamburger or cheeseburger and will not be offered every day this year.

  • Language Fair invites students of Native American languages

    Students of Native American languages from preschool to high school age are encouraged to enter the 10th annual Oklahoma Native American Youth Language Fair, scheduled for April 2-3, at the Sam Noble Museum in Norman. Participants in grades pre-K through 12 will demonstrate their language skills as groups or individuals in the spoken language and language in song categories.

Both highs and lows wove throughout the month as we said hello to the promise of a new year and good-bye to the comfortable routines and faces of the past. It seemed to be a time to pull the wagons closer for shelter and consolation.
