OKC Defensive Tactics Judo has seen incredible growth since opening its doors 10 years ago. The organization which is recognized club with both USA Judo and the US Judo Association offers quality judo programs for kids and adults in a family setting.

In other words, using your opponent’s strength and momentum against him and learning the techniques and progressing in a safe manner.
Judo can be an effective means of self defense for everyone, no matter the size and strength of your opponent. The benefits of judo can be applied in virtually every aspect of your life. The sport and can be practiced as a competition sport or as a viable self defense system can be an excellent form of self defense, cardiovascular, and strength training.
