OKC Defensive Tactics Judo has seen incredible growth since opening its doors 10 years ago. The organization which is recognized club with both USA Judo and the US Judo Association offers quality judo programs for kids and adults in a family setting.

The sport and can be practiced as a competition sport or as a viable self defense system can be an excellent form of self defense, cardiovascular, and strength training.
