Two losses mean Oklahoma's goal of winning a national championship is highly unlikely. The chances of winning a Big 12 championship hinge on winning the last five regular-season games and Kansas State collapsing down the stretch.
The one prize that still seems to be in OU's reach is a BCS bowl game. It is No. 12 in the current BCS standings.
"We’re absolutely excited and still have a goal of playing in a BCS game," Sooner quarterback Landry Jones said. "It would be great. It would be huge for our program."
ESPN analyst Brad Edwards is currently projecting the Sooners to face Nebraska in the Rose Bowl.
However, most projections have the Sooners winning out and playing in the Cotton Bowl.
