Central Oklahoma soccer standout Jordan Hutchison earned third-team honors on the Capital One Academic All-America NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Team, it was announced Wednesday.
The teams were selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
A junior fullback from Edmond North, Hutchison carries a 3.81 grade point average in criminal justice. She was the ringleader of a UCO defense that registered 11 shutouts and allowed only 14 goals during the 2012 season while finishing 16-3-3 and advancing to the second round of the Division II playoffs.
Hutchison, who has started 48 consecutive games, was a first-team All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association selction and also picked up second-team All-Central Region honors by Daktronics.
