EDMOND — Former Edmond North and now Oklahoma Baptist University runners Adam Godwin and Hannah Helker won four national individual indoor NAIA titles last week in Geneva, Ohio.

Godwin repeated as the mile champion and added the 3K title. He was also awarded the men's most valuable competitor title.

Helker won the 1K in a school-record 2:47.56, then won the 5K less than an hour later.

Both the men and women OBU teams were national team champions.
