EDMOND —

The Edmond North boys soccer team (6-2, No. 5) blanked Lawton Ike 6-0 at home Thursday night.

The Huskies dominated Lawton Ike with 12 shots on goal to only four shots on goal by the Eagles. North controlled the possession all night using great connecting passes the entire match.

Huskies goalkeeper David Atkins had four saves on the night.

Team scoring was led by Trevor Moore, who had three goals on assists by Avery Sanderson, Jason Rinehart and Ross Stewart. Rinehart, Sanderson and Clay Collier each scored one goal apiece to complete the Husky scoring.

The Huskies have three district matches next week, including games against Yukon on Tuesday and at Norman on Friday.
