EDMOND — Bryce Crouch’s grand slam exploded the bottom of the fourth inning into a 9-run frame as Edmond North went on to run-rule Yukon Monday night 13-5 at Edmond North High School.

Crouch (2-for-3, 4 RBIs), Evan Page (2-for-2, 3 runs) and Jared Baker (2-for-3, 3 RBIs) all slapped out a pair of hits each in the win.

Leading off the last of the fourth for North, Justin Reynolds drew a free pass and moved to second on Baker’s single. Reynolds scored on Colton Lagasse’s hit and fellow Husky Riley Minhinnett walked to load the bases. Grant Ryan then forced home another run with a free pass before Crouch’s big blast.

The Huskies will host a Class 6A regional beginning on May 2. North will take on Putnam West at 11 a.m.
