Ashlyn Rawls led the way for the Oklahoma Christian School girls at the Class 3A girls’ state cross country meet. Rawls ran the 2-mile course in 13:43, finishing 20th overall for the Lady Saints, who took 14th at the meet.
Katie Qualls was next for the OCS girls, placing 66th (15:02), Chandler Hargrove was 84th (15:49), Jordan Tuscy was 91st (16:17) and Kaitlyn Amen was 97th (16:29).
Plainview won the girls’ team title with 33 points, while Beggs’ Regan Ward was the individual champion with a time of 12:05.
In boys action, it was Jon Dubois running solo for the Saints. Dubois placed 83rd individually, clocking a time of 20:45.
