OKLAHOMA CITY — The No. 3-ranked Edmond North girls got back on track Tuesday night with a 67-39 win over Putnam City West.
“We got on them early and got a good road win,” North coach Kevin Korstjens said. “It was nice to bounced back like that.”
Elizabeth Donohoe dominated the Patriots, scoring 26 points and grabbing eight rebounds. TaNita Dewberry added nine points and Anna Kimsey each scored nine points for the Lady Huskies.
North pulled away 22-7 at the end of the first and led the Patriots 39-16 at the half.
The Lady Huskies continued to dominate in the second half as they outscored PC West 29-23 in the final 16 minutes of action.
North returns to Edlam action Friday night when they play at Memorial.
