EL RENO — On the Crimson Creek Golf Course in El Reno, the Deer Creek Lady Antler golf squad captured the regional championship Wednesday by carding a 306.

Antler Caroline Goodin took the individual honors, shooting a 2-under-par 70 while teammate Emily Folsom threw in a 73 for the bronze medal. It took Folsom five playoff holes to dispose of Duncan's Allyson Wilcox in order to place in the top three.

Deer Creek's Haley Hill wound up with a 79 while teammates Allison Mee (84) and Emma Conrad (94) rounded out the scoring.

The girls Class 5A state championship will be contested at Dornick Hills Country Club on May 1-2 in Ardmore.
