Warmer daytime temperatures return to state

OKLAHOMA CITY — Warmer days and mild nights are forecast for Oklahoma through the middle of the week.

The National Weather Service said Tuesday night would become partly cloudy with lows in the 60s to lower 70s.

Wednesday is to be mostly sunny and warm with afternoon highs expected to reach the upper 80s in the Panhandle and the 90s in the remainder of the state.

Partly cloudy skies are forecast Thursday with highs in the 90s to near 100 degrees in the far southwest while overnight lows are to fall into the mid 60s to mid 70s.
