Author Grisham to appear at OCU

EDMOND — Bestselling author John Grisham will appear at a special event on the Oklahoma City University campus on Oct. 13 to help raise funds for a program at the OCU Law School to address wrongful convictions. Seating is limited. Doors open at the Freede Center, N.W. 27th and Florida, at 6:30 p.m.

The event will include dramatic readings from the award-winning play “The Exonerated,” and appearances by several exonerated Oklahomans.

The event is free and open to the public. Attendees will have an opportunity to make a gift to OCU Law’s program to address wrongful convictions. Suggested minimum contribution is $25 at the door. Donors of $100 and up will have access to reserved seating and admission to a reception with Grisham, with photo opportunity.
