EDMOND —
The beach at Moana Surfrider Resort Hotel in Waikiki, Hawaii, was the setting for the June 17, 2010 wedding of Jade Nirvana Ingmire of Seattle, Wash., and Branden Ryan Root of Edmond, Okla. The ceremony was officiated by Minister Randy Hongo.
The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Barbara Ingmire of Lynnwood, Wash., and the groom is the son of Michael and Elaine Root of Edmond.
Sara Hutchings of Seattle, Wash., served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Annie Wakefield. Nichole Hart and Katie Stahnke, all of Seattle, and Elizabeth Marstin of Shoreline, Wash.
Groomsmen were Gary Ganir and David Gervais, both of Seattle and Andy Schaff of Minneapolis, Minn.
Wedding guests enjoyed a reception at the Moana Surfrider Hotel.
After a honeymoon trip in Maui, Hawaii, the couple has made their home in Seattle.
The bride is a writer and the groom, a 2000 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School, is a chief technology officer in computer programming.
