The Thunderbird Chapel in Norman, Okla. was the setting for the April 13, 2013 wedding of Heather Donn Brazille of Broken Arrow, Okla. and Byron Scott Koontz of Edmond, Okla. Jerry Lamb of Edmond officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Kirk and Tricia Brazille of Broken Arrow and the granddaughter of Hawk and Joyce Boardman of Roswell, N.M. and Don and Doris Brazille of Amarillo, Texas.
The groom is the son of Kevin and Monica Koontz of Las Vegas, Nev. and the grandson of Richard and Sally Koontz of Dayton, Ohio.
The maid of honor was Callie Aunko of Broken Arrow. Bridesmaids were Emily Smith, Melissa Miller and Stephanie Chaplin, all of Broken Arrow, and Miranda Koontz of Las Vegas.
The best man was Billy McDonald of Charlotte, N.C. Groomsmen were Steven Hoarn of Tampa, Fla., Phil Marshall of Altus, Okla., Matt Kilgore of Edmond, and Evan Brazille of Broken Arrow.
Ushers were Patrick Douglas and James Bettes of Edmond. The guestbook attendant was Ashley Bettes of Edmond, and the Unity Ceremony attendant was Danielle Armus of Rahway, N.J.
The flower girl was Lily Robinson of Springboro, Ohio and the ring bearer was Owen Robinson, also of Springboro.
After a wedding reception at the Thunderbird Chapel, the newlyweds enjoyed a honeymoon trip to Saint Louis, Mo.
The couple have made their home in Oklahoma City, where Heather is employed in marketing, and Byron is employed as a tax administrator at Paycom.
