EDMOND —
New Covenant United Methodist Church in Edmond, Okla. was the setting for the May 20, 2011 wedding of Taurie Jean Fraser and Byron Paul Cottingham, both of Edmond. The ceremony was officiated by minister Bob Rowley.
The bride is the daughter of David and Donna Fraser of Edmond. The groom is the son of Elizabeth Cottingham and Dale Cottingham of Edmond, Okla.
The maid of honor was Julia Gilbert, in spirit, of Edmond. Bridesmaids were Dominique Shreiner of Norman, Okla., Jaclyn Edwards Spomer, Emily Haynes Taylor, Casey Smith, Laura Cottingham and Margaret Cottingham, all of Edmond.
The best men were Zane Woods and Ian Fuller, both of Oklahoma City. Groomsmen were Scott Moehlenbrock, Greg Brindley, Chase Dickens, all of Oklahoma City, and Davis Fraser of Edmond. Ushers were Sean Woltemath of Oklahoma City, and Michael Blevins, Jon Skuta and Marc Daniluk, all of Edmond.
The reception was held at the Farmers Public Market.
The bride is a radiation therapist at Integris Cancer Institute of Oklahoma, and the groom is a petroleum engineer for Linn Energy.
The couple has made their home in Edmond.
