EDMOND —
Amanda Rose Vickery of Marshall, Ill. and Blake Peterson Pardue of Edmond, Okla. were united in marriage July 31, 2010 at the Green Moss Church, founded in 1865, in Marshall, Ill. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor John Cutshall.
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Rosalee Vickery of Marshall, Ill., and the granddaughter of Barbara Marrs, also of Marshall.
The groom is the son of David and Suzanne Pardue of Edmond, Okla. and the grandson of Cornelia Peterson Eau Claire, Wis.
Ellen Melton of Marshall served as the maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Sara Derges of Marshall, and Summer Root of Chico, Calif.
The best man was Logan Pardue of Edmond, Okla., and groomsmen were Joel Pardue of Austin, Texas and Steve Wilkins of Oklahoma City, Okla.
Ushers were Ike Vickery of Terre Haute, Ind., and Steven Crumb of New York City, N.Y.
Flower girls were Harper Pardue of Austin, Texas; Margot Vickery of Terre Haute; and Eve, Heather and Olivia Pruden, all of Forest Park, Ill.
The wedding party and guests enjoyed a reception at Mill Creek County Park.
The newlyweds are both teachers and will reside in Marshall, Ill.
