EDMOND — St. Joseph’s Old Cathedral in downtown Oklahoma City was the setting for the June 20, 2009 wedding of Tracy Ann Elliott of Edmond, Okla. and Matthew Edward Morris of Ponca City, Okla.
The bride is the daughter of Linda Elliott and Robert White of Edmond, and Earl and Jane Elliott of Oklahoma City. The groom is the son of Mike and Patricia Morris of Ponca City.
The wedding ceremony was officiated by Rev. John Michalicka.
The matron of honor was Tricia Stephens of Prairie Village, Kan. Bridesmaids were Lori Legg and Christine Ramus of Kansas City, Mo., Briea Berry of Denver, Colo., Amy White of Washington, DC., and Lori Winland of Austin, Texas.
The best man was Steven Morris of Bartlesville, Okla. Groomsmen were T.J. Murray of Oklahoma City, Wade Bair of Stillwater, Okla., Josh Young of Owasso, Okla., Clint Stafford of Dallas, Texas, and Blake Greubelle of Tulsa, Okla.
Serving as ushers were Matt Jones of Blytheville, Ark., Logan Banister of Douglass, Kan., Joe Sugg of Heber Springs, Ark., Brian Hunter of Edmond, Paul Stephens of Prairie Village, Kan., and Tyler Fixley of Austin, Texas.
A reception was held at the Petroleum Club in Oklahoma City.
After enjoying their honeymoon trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple now reside in Norman, Okla. They are both optometrists.
