EDMOND — Miranda K. Morgan of Yukon, Okla. and Max J. Whipple of Edmond, Okla. exchanged wedding vows April 1, 2009 in Watertown, New York.
The bride is the daughter of William R. Morgan of Yukon. She is a nursing student and assists her father in the management of Ron’s Deli locations at the State Capitol and the Federal Building in Oklahoma City.
The bridegroom is the son of Colleen Whipple and the grandson of Harold and Beryl Whipple of Edmond. Max is a Transportation Specialist for the United States Army in the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York. He is training for deployment to Afghanistan later in the year.
The couple will be honored at a reception in Edmond when Max is given pre-departure leave.
