EDMOND —
Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Wade are pleased to announce the recent summer weddings of their sons, Andrew and Justin.
Andrew Wade and Meredith La Marr were married on July 9, 2010 at the Edmond Downtown Community Center.
Meredith is the daughter of Rocky and Kelly La Marr of Edmond, Okla. Andrew’s grandparents are Charles and Gloria Haley of Edmond; Bill and Luann Wade of Guthrie, Okla., and Jimmy and Darlyne Vaughn of McDonough, Ga.
Meredith’s grandparents are Norma Evans and the late Bill Evans of Edmond, Jessie Vanderpool of Woodward, Okla. and Lee La Marr of Cordell, Okla.
The bride and groom graduated from Santa Fe High School in 2008 and 2007, respectively. The couple resides in Grandview, Mo. Andrew is the youth pastor at the First Baptist Church, and Meredith assists him in ministry.
Justin Wade and Kristin Sweeney were married on August 14, 2010 at the Real Life Fellowship Church in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Kristin is the daughter of Mark and Karen Sweeney of Thomas, Okla. Kristin’s grandparents are Lucille Sweeney and the late Ed Sweeney of Thomas, OK and Hal and Bobbie Jo Green of Millville, N.J.
Kristin is a graduate of Thomas High School and Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She will receive her Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in September. Justin is a 2004 graduate of Santa Fe High School. He is employed as a Driver’s Education Instructor at Merkley’s Driving School in Edmond.
