EDMOND —
The Council Road Baptist Church of Oklahoma City, Okla. was the setting for the August 11, 2011 wedding of Jessica Bailey Downs of Edmond, Okla. and Nicholas Scott Duggan of Choctaw, Okla.
The wedding was officiated by Levi Duggan.
The bride is the daughter of Daniel Nathan Downs and Debra Ann Downs of Edmond.
The groom is the son of Timothy Duggan of Derby, Kan. and Brian and Sonya Arnold of Choctaw.
Danielle Downs of Edmond served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rori Buresh of Edmond, Annie Liu of Norman, Okla. and Lacey Lyles, also of Edmond. The junior bridesmaid was Daria Arnold of Choctaw.
The best man was Joshua Duggan of Beaufort, S.C. Serving as groomsmen and ushers were Coleby Taylor of Choctaw and Emmett Peavy, junior groomsman, of Winston Salem, N.C.
The flower girl was Abbie Arnold of Choctaw, and the ring bearer was Karthur Downs, of Edmond.
The bride and groom were honored at a reception at Council Road Baptist Church.
The newlyweds have made their home in Oklahoma City.
