EDMOND —
Ashland Gardens Wedding Chapel in Del City, Okla. was the setting for the July 17, 2010 wedding of McKenzie Lee VanDeVeire and Clinton Ross Dwiggins, both of Edmond. Ed Cooper, the groom’s maternal grandfather, officiated the ceremony.
The couple’s parents are Mike and Nancy VanDeVeire and Jeff and Debbie Dwiggins, all of Edmond.
The bride’s cousins, Victoria VanDeVeire, of Waconia, Minn. and Jaclyn VanDeVeire of Bloomington, Minn. served as her attendants.
Chase Dwiggins served his brother as best man, and their cousin, Trent Radebaugh, of Bartlesville, Okla. was the groomsman. The ushers were the bride’s cousins, Mattson and Erik Knatvold, of Edmond.
The groom’s three-year-old twin cousins, Chloe and Trevin Cooper, of Okemah, Okla. eagerly served as flower girl and ring bearer. Guest book attendants were the bride’s cousins, Derek VanDeVeire and Ashlei Wood, of Waconia, Minn.
Following the ceremony, wedding guests celebrated with the bride and groom at the Will Rogers Theatre in Oklahoma City where they were treated to a special musical performance by Mattson and Erik Knatvold and their choice of two deliciously, spectacular cakes made by Chef Kenney Stratton.
Following a Caribbean cruise, the newlyweds have made their home in Oklahoma City.
