UCO: Police seek hit-and-run suspect

EDMOND — University of Central Oklahoma police officers are looking for a suspect after a least three vehicles in a parking lot were damaged Thursday morning.

At about 10 a.m., the incident occurred in a commuter parking lot located north of the Liberal Arts Building, said UCO spokeswoman Adrienne Nobles. At least three vehicles were damaged; none of the impacted vehicles were occupied, Nobles said.

The suspect was seen exiting the lot at a high rate of speed, she said.

UCO police officers are looking for a gray two-door vehicle similar in appearance to a Ford Mustang, Nobles said. The car will have front-end damage due to the collisions, she said.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, sees a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle description or has information to assist in the investigation is asked to call UCO Police Services at 974-2345.
