The College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology at Oklahoma State University has selected its group of scholars for fall 2016. The CEAT Scholars Program provides educational experiences for a select group of incoming freshmen that will develop their technical competence, help them establish a broader worldview and strengthen their leadership abilities. 

Each year, scholars are chosen after attending the CEAT Scholars Interview Day. Students must meet certain requirements before receiving an invitation. Qualifications: Admissions application to Oklahoma State University submitted by Nov. 1; 3.75+ GPA unweighted high school GPA; 31-plus ACT or 2060-plus SAT; and demonstrated leadership/community involvement.

Edmond scholars named to the program include: Jackson Baker, industrial engineering & management; James Hood, electrical engineering; Cameron Jump, electrical engineering; and Malorie Travis, mechanical engineering.

The CEAT Scholars Program is a scholarship package worth $15,000 that includes a $2,000 scholarship each year for four years, national and international travel opportunities, leadership and professional development.
