An 18-year-old Edmond woman was arrested last week after she allegedly hit four vehicles in the parking lot of the Spring Creek Apartments, 777 E. 15th.

Jessica Shoaf-Ashley was arrested Oct. 8 on complaints of driving under the influence, transporting an open container and four counts of hit-and-run in connection with the series of events, according to an Edmond Police report.

Witnesses told police they saw the 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse that Shoaf-Ashley was driving hit three of the four vehicles that were found to be damaged in the parking lot, according to the report.

At the time of her arrest, Shoaf-Ashley was sitting in the driver’s seat of her Mitsubishi with the keys in the ignition and the radio on. She admitted to drinking some vodka, and an open bottle of vodka was recovered from the floorboard of the car, according to the report.

Shoaf-Ashley consented to take the state’s breath test at the Edmond Police Department, where she registered a blood-alcohol concentration level of 0.24, three times Oklahoma’s legal limit.
